The Religious Formation Conference (RFC) is a national Roman Catholic organization serving religious institutes of women and men with programs and services for those in the ministry of initial and lifelong formation, and general congregational membership. In the latest issue of InFormation, a publication by the RFC, Sister Ellen Dauwer, SC, wrote an article titled, Charism: The Gift that Keeps on Giving. It is from a Keynote given at the Religious Brothers Conference assembly in July 2024.
